First entry from my path with ancestral healing
Since I started the course in traditional curanderismo, I haven’t stopped feeling that more than learning, I’m remembering. Remembering practices, feelings, scents. And above all, remembering that plants are not outside of me — they are part of the same field. Some speak loudly. Others hold me in silence.
Here I want to share the first ones I’m walking with — especially as vibrational baths you can do at home.
What is a vibrational bath?
A vibrational bath is not just water with plants. It’s a daily ceremony — a moment of cleansing, alignment, and connection. Water activates the vibration of the plants and helps you release what no longer resonates with your new state. It’s simple, ancestral, living medicine.
Types of baths and their uses
Each plant holds its own vibration. Here are a few I already work with — all easy to find, and with both physical and energetic properties:
Rosemary — The plant of remembrance
Physical uses: disinfectant, scalp care, antioxidant.
Vibration: Connects you with spiritual memory and your ancestors. Ideal to ground after a session or deep meditation.
Suggested bath:
-
Boil a handful of fresh or dried rosemary.
-
Let it cool, then add it to your bath or pour it over your body from head to toe.
-
Whisper: “Remind me who I am.”
Lavender — The flower of rest
Physical uses: relaxing, digestive, healing for the skin.
Vibration: Its aroma seals the energy field and raises emotional frequency. It soothes, calms, and protects.
Suggested bath:
-
Add dried flowers directly to the water, boil them with rosemary, or prepare a separate infusion.
-
If using essential oil, dilute it first in a bit of plant-based milk or coarse salt before adding it to the bath — this prevents it from floating on the surface.
-
Perfect before sleep or after an emotionally intense day.
-
Affirm: “I am wrapped in sweetness and light.”
Oregano — The purifying fire (still exploring)
Physical uses: anti-inflammatory, antifungal, digestive stimulant.
Vibration: Expels what doesn’t belong, activates your inner fire, and helps release fear.
Suggested bath:
-
Boil a handful of oregano.
-
Use it for a quick cleansing bath (full body or feet).
-
Ideal when feeling stagnant or carrying external energies.
Aloe Vera — The one who knows it all
Physical uses: burns, digestion, skin care.
Vibration: Cools and calms the soul when there’s emotional heat. Brings clarity and transparency.
Suggested bath:
-
Extract the natural gel and dilute it in warm water.
-
Perfect after emotional confrontations, intense processes, or emotional fevers.
-
Give thanks: “Thank you for softening my path.”
Bonus: Energetic cooking (yes, it’s also medicine)
-
Salt: cleanses, protects, seals. Use with intention.
-
Garlic: repels dense energies, brings inner strength.
-
Oil: transmits your word. One drop, charged with intention, can bless an entire dish.
🌿 Cooking can also be a vibrational ceremony. It’s not just about what you eat — it’s about how you do it.
Ways to use these plants in vibrational baths
Relaxing and feminine bath
Lavender + hot water + soft music.
Perfect before bed or during moments of anxiety.
Add dried flowers directly to the tub, or if using essential oils, dilute them in plant-based milk or coarse salt beforehand.
Purification and strength bath
Oregano + rosemary + clear intention.
Ideal after a heavy day or to cut through dense energies.
Can be done as a full-body bath or a foot soak.
Consecration or opening bath
Rosemary + lavender + palo santo (lit before the bath).
Perfect before a ceremony, important meeting, or personal ritual.
Upon entering, you may say: “I am ready to receive what my soul has already chosen.”
All of these baths can also be done in the shower using a jug to pour the water over your body, or as a foot bath if you don’t have a tub.
Energetic tip
As you prepare the bath, speak to the water and the plants. Say your name, your intention, and ask the water to receive the plants’ vibration to support you. You can bless the water before stepping in — as you would with an altar. The key is not in the plant, but in the consciousness with which you activate it.
Coming soon: new plants and rituals
In future entries, I’ll be sharing about basil and artichoke, two plants I’ve just begun working with, as well as tinctures and sacred smoke rituals, like the one I’ve started with rosemary, lavender, and palo santo.
This path is just beginning... and the plants already know.
Feeling the call for a guided vibrational bath?
If you’d like me to hold space and guide the intention for one of these baths, I’d be honored to accompany you with presence and love.
