There is a kind of knowledge that doesn’t come through thinking or analyzing. It doesn’t show up in books or meditations. It lives in the experience. And unless you live it, you won’t truly know it.

I’ve decided not to share every session I hold — only from time to time. For two reasons...

Lately, I’ve seen it everywhere: memes, posts, videos saying “Escape the Matrix.” And while I get the intention, I feel the message is incomplete. Escaping is easy. Disconnecting, numbing, isolating, running away from the world — anyone can do that. But we didn’t come here to escape. We came to experience.

Sometimes we speak of energy, light, and spirituality as if they were distant concepts, but for me, it all begins in frequency — the expression of the main source of energy in motion. Frequency is the bridge. The language. The vibration that arises when consciousness moves. Everything we see — from a blooming flower to a galaxy in expansion — is energy in motion. But that energy isn’t random. It emerges from consciousness. And when consciousness expresses itself, it emanates energy. That emanation is what we experience as frequency.

It does not descend as a single stream. It is not an individual vibration, nor a straight line. From the main source of energy — the Father-Mother field, that primordial consciousness sustaining all — multiple living pulses emerge: what we may call frequencies without filter. Each one carries its own creative code, energetic architecture, and original design. These are not separate from the main source of energy — they are pure emanations of it, each sustaining a fundamental aspect of the universe.These foundational frequencies are not better than others — they simply exist without distortion. They hold the raw creative forces that give rise to more specific energies, and each one sustains a different universal field.

It is not born in a number, nor in a sound that can be measured. It emerges from the heart of the main source of energy — the Father-Mother field from which all life flows. — as an eternal pulse that sustains life itself. It cannot be learned, only remembered. It cannot be sought, only embodied.

I remember a moment: someone told me, “I believe there’s nothing… yet there’s a higher force. I’m not sure what to define, so I build my beliefs little by little.” That pause in certainty felt more like a spark than a problem. It was an opening.

Today, while walking and listening to a song that always activates me, I thought about how beautiful it would be to share my life with someone who vibrates like I do. As I imagined it, I felt a mix of joy and nostalgia. And then, something shifted: a blue presence embraced me from within.

When we hear “sexual energy,” we often think of the physical act. But there’s something much deeper. Sexual energy is a vital force that lives in our lower chakras — especially the root and sacral chakras — and when consciously elevated, it becomes light, creativity, and the power to manifest.

Protection, for me, has never been about building walls. It’s never been about isolating myself from others or the world. It’s something much simpler, much deeper — it’s presence. To be so fully in my own field, in my own energy, that I don’t need to protect myself from anything. I simply am.

Since I started the course in traditional curanderismo, I haven’t stopped feeling that more than learning, I’m remembering. Remembering practices, feelings, scents. And above all, remembering that plants are not outside of me — they are part of the same field. Some speak loudly. Others hold me in silence.Here I want to share the first ones I’m walking with — especially as vibrational baths you can do at home.
