This work emerged during a period of deep internal integration.

At the time, I felt divided between two impulses —
one pulling outward toward expansion and visibility,
the other inward toward consolidation and self-trust.

There was a tension between expression and grounding.

Through a series of subtle but decisive experiences,
something shifted.

Presence stopped feeling like something to chase
and began feeling inhabitable.

UNITY I was created from that lived moment —
the moment when expansion stopped floating
and found direction inside the body.
